Performance of John Cage, Branches
During Maerzmusik 2004, Festival for Contemporary Music, in Berlin the
composition Branches (1976) by John Cage was performed by the
Kammerensemble Neue Musik Berlin. Peter Behrendsen was head of the team
Branches.
The photo shows how the piezo contact microphones were built and
mounted, which were used in the concert. Thanks to Stephan Pramme
